Reckless Abandon seeks to redefine how we see children who are not our own, to humanize the mothers (and many times "ex-orphans") who have nowhere to turn, and to illuminate (and undermine) the destructive institutions that further abandonment. This is not just aid distribution; it's friend distribution. This is an intimate documentation, from a distinctly father point-of-view, of the mechanics of charity abroad, and all the real lives that compromise those left behind.
